AdexTrades LLC ("AdexTrades," "we," "us," or "our") operates the AdexTrades application at app.adextrades.com (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Account Information
When you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address, display name, and (if you use Google or Discord OAuth) your public profile information from those providers including your name and profile picture. If you sign in via Discord, we also collect your Discord user ID.
Membership Information
We verify your active membership status through Whop. We store a cached record of your membership tier and the time it was last verified. We do not store your full payment card information — payment processing is handled exclusively by Whop.
Trading and Journal Data
The App allows you to enter trading journal entries, trade log records, portfolio holdings, and related notes. This data is entered voluntarily by you and is stored in your account. We do not share this data with third parties.
Portfolio and Holdings Data
If you choose to import brokerage holdings via CSV, that data is stored in your account for display purposes. We do not have access to your brokerage accounts directly.
Screenshots and Uploaded Files
If you upload screenshots or images to journal or trade log entries, those files are stored via Cloudinary, our media hosting provider.
Usage Data
We collect standard usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration for the purpose of improving the App. This data is not sold to third parties.
Push Notification Preferences
If you opt in to push notifications, we store your notification preferences and a OneSignal subscriber ID linked to your account for the purpose of delivering alerts.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your trading journal or trade log data to generate signals, recommendations, or analytics for any purpose other than displaying it back to you.
Your account and trading data is stored in Supabase (a PostgreSQL-based cloud database). Row-level security (RLS) policies ensure that each user can only access their own data. Administrative access is limited to AdexTrades personnel with a legitimate operational need.
Uploaded images and screenshots are stored via Cloudinary with access controls.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We share only the minimum information necessary with these providers to operate the App.
The App uses browser cookies for authentication session management (provided by Supabase Auth). These are necessary for the App to function and cannot be disabled while using the App.
The App also uses browser localStorage to store your personal preferences such as navigation layout, theme settings, and first-visit walkthrough completion flags. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Access and Correction
You can view and update your account information in the App Settings at any time.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at mentorship@adextrades.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Note that some data may be retained for a period after deletion as required by applicable law.
Push Notifications
You can opt out of push notifications at any time in the App Settings or through your device's notification settings.
Data Portability
You can export your journal entries and trade log data from the App at any time.
The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, sending a notification through the App or via email.
Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
