I bought Diamond. Why can't I log in to the app? The app is an add-on to Diamond. You need both, or Platinum. See Access and membership.

I'm on the trial and it says no access. The trial is for the App membership; Diamond is still required.

Where's the screener? Pulse → Screener. Six tabs. See Scanners.

Why is the FTFC tab nearly empty? Because full continuity is rare. That's the scan working.

Why is the APEX tab empty? APEX is rare by design. An empty tab is the honest state.

Can Sage tell me what to buy? No, and it will say so. It coaches your process against your own plan.

How do I get alerts on my phone? Install the app to your home screen, then enable push in Settings → Notifications. See Install as an app.

My charts layout disappeared. Layouts are per account and saved automatically. Check the layout tabs at the top of Charts — you may be on a different one.

How do I put an idea from the watchlist into today's plan? Push to Plan on the card. See How the watchlist syncs.

What does the Pulse Score mean? How notable an alert is on our scale, 0–100, with a tier badge. It's an output, not a prediction. See Reading a flow card.

Why isn't there a ratio on each trade? Because we grade execution against the plan you wrote, not the odds. See Grading and tags.
